The Printshop uses a variety of trusted apparel brands to manufacture our unisex products. The garment links reflect the most up-to-date color reference when selecting colors for your order.

Yes. The Printshop has a 12-garment minimum order for customized apparel. Orders must include at least 12 garments and may include a combination of sizes, colors, and styles.

Required Fees

• Artwork and Setup Fee: $35
• One-Time Digitizing Fee: $25
• Artwork, Digitizing, and Setup Fee: $45 (Print and Embroidery orders)

Additional Fees

• Rush Fee: $50 / Priority Rush Fee: $75
• Plus-Size Garment Fee: +$3.50 per plus-size garment
• Artwork Revision Fee: $25-$45
• Sample Print Fee: starts at $25
• Screen Setup Fee: +$25 per screen *first screen color FREE
• Individual Names and Numbers Fee: +$3.50 per name and number
• Optional Customer-Garment Embroidery Risk Fee: $10-$75

IMPORTANT: Additional screen colors are subject to a setup fee based on the number of colors in the final artwork. Each additional color requires its own screen. 

The Printshop is NOT responsible for replacing customer-provided garments that are damaged, defected, distorted, marked, holed, or otherwise affected during the embroidery process. By providing the garment, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risk. Single-garment embroidery orders start at $25 up to 10,000 stitches.

Our turnaround time depends on the order type:

• Single Orders: 1-3 business days
• Bulk Orders: 3-5 business days

Please allow 7-10 business days for orders requiring additional production time due to order quantity, design complexity, customization, or other special requirements.

Turnaround time begins once your order and design details have been finalized and approved. 

Rush or expedited services may apply to your order for an additional fee.

Yes. In-state and out-of-state shipping are available upon request for Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, and Massachusetts. Below are our UPS Ground shipping times:

• In-state UPS Ground: 1 day 
• Out-of-state UPS Ground: 1-5 days (depending on your city location)
